Tough Day At The Officeby Covert_OddityComment: Great capture of the "rat race" and "concrete jungle." To me, the best parts about this are the way the sun is shining in, and seeming so far off and elevated above the ground and the sheer size of the buildings and how well they show how miniscule the individual is. The strong contrast and texture on the bricks is nice too. |

High Rise Mailroomby Covert_OddityComment: I thought I had commented on this when it was in the challenge, honestly. The stark contrast of the red and the black are what really sell this photo to me. This would be an interesting room in its own right, without the red mailboxes, but that's the element that really sets it apart. I like that you included enough of the wall for us to see it curve around. I also think this might have been pretty neat as a vertically oriented shot, with the bottom of the frame parallel and nearly resting upon the wall so that the mailboxes trailed away "upwards" as it might seem. Sorta reminiscent of 2001 when he's doing his running exercise in the rotating chamber. Great shot either way. |

A Sea of Cloudsby luv389Comment: Exposure compensation should have been set down a few steps to keep the snow/clouds from blowing out on this. Also, for future reference, these types of shots make for great HDR and B/W potential. |

"Sixty years in the Saddle"by RmacComment: Great portrait- the way you've captured things meshes perfectly with what I think would be fitting for this subject. |

City and County Buildingby DennisheckmanComment: Ha, I knew I recognized that building when it first popped up. I'm assuming this is tonemapped/topazzed/HDR of some sort, and you've done a good job with things except it's a bit brighter on the center pillars, I'd dodge that a bit to even it out and then brighten all of it, and center things because that slight tilt sorta bugs me. |

Towards the Lightby KarenNfldComment: Very nicely lit floral photo. It doesn't separate itself out from the rest of the FS photos particularly, but you've surely done a great job with the flower. |

Jah Bul Onby rooumComment: I like the composition- you've made the edifice sufficiently imposing, but I also like the way the building is so symmetrical, treats itself well to the centered comp. Nice choice on the vignette too. |

Gotta Hand it to Himby ImagineerComment: I don't really understand the addition of the hand/arm, but beyond that, some off camera lighting could have really made this shot amazing. |

Nikolaiby oskarakComment: I'm normally not a fan of baby pictures, and have voted them down because I get so sick of them. This isn't the case for yours, however, and I really like this one. Great expression, and the pose is a little bit different from a lot that I see. Nice B/W too. |

blue morningby dragonladyComment: Cool ice formations. It really makes one wonder what sort of scale I'm looking at. The variety of blues in this is nice too. |
