The B/W post Processing is perfect..
and the mood is perfect..
Model is very very good and expressive eyes..
only thing I would change is the framing.. I'll include more neck to not make the head looks like it's being supported by the hands..
As it is .. the composition is a little akward..
Still a good photo for me.. scores 9 :)

An unfair comparision.. but I was trying to link this shot to the National Geographic shot...

For an ethnic shot like this, I personnally would prefer a really harsh constrast and not a soft feel ..

If you could have included a little of the scarf at the forehead, it'll bring out the eyes more...

Still a good shot for me.. 7 for score.. :)
