Find the exit, find the camera.

Wow, I just realized how many mirrors were in this picture. At first glance, I didn't notice any mirrors. I'm not sure about the fit in this challenge, but it's definitely a photo-worthy spot. It seems to me that it could be a bit sharper. (I think this about alot of my own photos) I give it a 5.

You certainly did a great job of making this look authentic. I don't think it matches the challenge very well, though. Also, it kind of looks like the kid is on his cellphone. I like the look on his face. I'm sure you had a lot of fun shooting this.

This is a very literal take on the challenge. I like it, but the quite swirl coming out of the chest detracts from the image. I'm not sure what caused it or if the cause could have been removed. Otherwise, I think the focus should have been on the chest rather than the waterfall. (If my eyes deceive me and the lid of the chest is not out of the water and the chest is completely underwater, ignore my comment and call me an idiot because I know that a clear focus is impossible with the shutter speed used.) I give it a 6.

I don't see this as a hidden treasure. I give it a 6 Otherwise, it's a great shot. I'm wondering what kind of flash you used for this. The reflections are a little bit blown from the flash. I know I don't have the equipment to remedy any of that. It's a better job that I could do with the same subject. Having said that, you should check out

Somewhere in there, you'll find the equipment he uses and I know he has some diffusers for his specialty macro flash. Interesting stuff and AMAZING macro insect photography.

I like the authentic "film feel" to this. The composition is nice as well, although I wonder if a slightly higher or lower angle would have brought out the lighthouse better. 6

What a wonderfully beautiful place. I'm not sure if this really goes with the challenge, though. Also, with the miniscule dimensions required by dpchallenge, I can't really tell if the focus is spot on or not. Right now it's making me want to reach for some glasses, but that could just be the image size. 6

I really haven't had a chance to photograph rainbows yet, so I can't really critique with any knowledge of the subject, but.... the central portions of the rainbow or blown out just a bit. Just enough to leave me unsatisfied. I wonder if a tighter crop and some post processing could have helped a bit. What a wonderful moment to capture, though. This really reminds me of where I grew up, Alamogordo, New Mexico. 6

an interesting shot for this challenge, but the lighting doesn't really "wow" me. 6

I love this photo for some reason. Did you zoom during the exposure for this effect? There's an otherworldly quality to it. I just don't see it as a "hidden treasure". I would otherwise given this a higher score. 6
