Redheadsby cpanaiotiComment: Cool shot but that 446th place is just plain wrong.
Congrats on the local competition award. :) |

He Was My Brotherby GeneralEComment: Originally posted by MilaMiles: This is a bit disturbing. Some of the hardcore violence should not be allowed, in my opinion. This goes overboard. |
ROFL. The things people say sometimes...
I hate guns but love to use them in my images. I love the negative comments I get.
See that 9 vote, that was me. :)
The only negative aspect I find in this shot is the use of a child but that's just me. |

Big hitters, I kind of always thought of you as one of those big hitters. ;)

Solitude in Stiltsvilleby yakatmeComment: Colours look un-natural to me. Lack of contrast in the sky may be hurting this image too. Do you have any shots of this at a later time, like 15 minutes or so? Skies would surely look better with some darker blues. But you were rocking in a boat so I guess they're all blurry since you needed to shoot at an even slower speed. lol Did you think about climbing onto the dock itself for a shot? |

Old Mill At Reems Creek Fallsby CNovackComment: Too much happening at the same range of contrast for my eyes to target on an interesting point to appreciate. Maybe saturating the reds in the water wheel would give us a point to focus on. The two trees bending inwards from each edge of the image point to nothing interesting for me to want to continue looking there. What I noticed with my own outdoor shots during the winter season was that I attained a kind of abstract look to them because of the many inter-winding lines the branches create. That may be happening here. |
