Confederate Graveyardby tfarrell23Comment: I like the composition, but it looks a bit washed out to me; It could use more tonal range as it all seems about the same throughout. |

Medieval Coinby ottersdenComment: The threads in the fabric/carpet detracts from the coin but I like the reflection (as it looks like a mirror)and its' bokeh. |

final-flight.jpgby vawendyComment: Beautiful shot, Wendy. Sorry it got DQ'ed, it likely would have made the front page. |

Coming in for a Landingby MaryOComment: The combination of the 3 different body positions and the beautiful colors makes this shot a winner. |

Novemberby gg3rdComment: I also thought this would score higher... the tilt (as part of basic technicals) definitely hurt as did the yellow tones, as over-processed images do not fare well on DPC. You've got a nice portfolio going. |

February - Movie Characters - Alex (A Clockwork Orange)by wishiwaslikeyouComment: I gave this a 4, so here are my thoughts... as a portrait, the crop is excessive. I would try to not cut off body parts. The lighting is too dark, even for an "ultra-violent" movie like A Clockwork Orange (which I have watched many times, demented person that I am.)
I like the idea for the shot and applaud your creativity, but without a title, there really is no connection to February to the average viewer. |

MARCH of the Primrosesby GeneralEComment: You've lost detail in the whites. Adjust your exposure compensation when shooting very light or dark objects. Using levels or shadow/highlights may get some detail back. |

February Promisesby WeJayComment: VERY warm colors, either perfect sunset timing or well saturated in pp. Love the reflection. |
