Spoon-fedby kauisyndromeComment: The spoon and action induced blur in the nose make this feel out of focus. It appears a camera mounted flash was used blowing out the details in your puppies face. It is very difficult to avoid elongated features and get a balanced photo when taking a shot at arms length, although you pet seems to appreciate the attempt.
It would be better to step back, use a telephoto lens to draw in your subject and use a faster shutter speed to eliminate the blur. Side lighting as opposed to a camera mounted flash will add depth. Good luck. |

collector spoonby tnunComment: Background is a bit dark on my monitor but love the idea. A little bit of water in the spoon would have been a nice touch. Quality entry. |

Corn Popsby rmezzoComment: This is a great image. Very complicated to photograph correctly yet it is the simplicity that I find so intriguing. Love the lighting. One of my favorites. Unfortunately, there are so many quality entries in this challenge that are screaming for attention, I'm afraid most folks are gonna miss the quiet details that make this such a well executed shot. Good luck. |

A Fork In The Roadby naomikComment: Great job. I thought about this as well but was afraid the fork would be too small. You pretty much nailed it. Great perspective. One of my top ten. |

Spoonful of Times-Squareby zohar-halfonComment: Love the colors. Too bad the photographer is visible in the reflection. -1. Perhaps try hiding the camera in the bushes or shadows. Just a thought. Still a quality entry IMO. |

Fast Foodby guakoComment: This is very well done...Great title. I'm unsure how well this will do simply because there are so many quality entries. High marks for creativity. IMO the lighting is near perfect. |

Crystal and Steelby hannafateComment: Not sure that I like the cropping (angle). Hot spots in the glass are o.k. Gives it a "crystal" feel. Unfortunately the reflection of the photographer in the spoon takes away from the image for me. |
