12-noon Breakby davidus428Comment: An interesting high key image, but I don't immediately get the sense of "I quit." |

I Quitby photopiaComment: A nice image, but even with the caption, I'm not sure I see it meeting the challenge. |

Rain Rain Go Awayby vtruanComment: Could be sharper. The yellow tone in the out of focus branch in the background is unfortunate...it's just a bit too close to the bird and a bit too similar in colour, which draws the eye away from the bird. |

Reason To Quitby peterComment: I'm not sure the "letterboxing" adds to an otherwise strong image. |

Sore Loserby BackpackRComment: Interesting idea, but it could be sharper and the background is somewhat distracting. |

I Give Upby GeneralEComment: Unfortunate that the parking lot appears in the frame ... it might have been better to set this shot up further in on the baseball diamond. |

I Give Up Trying to Maintain that Darn Boat!by SiouxComment: Lots of interesting character in the old boat. I find the foliage (trees behind the boat in particular) somewhat distracting. A monochrome conversion might remove the distracting colour elements and better focus on the textures in the weathered wood. |

Ok... You Won!by jotagaComment: Nice idea. It would be nicer if the ghost images were a little more evenly spaced, although that's easy for me to say, seeing as I don't have to set up the strobes to capture the damn thing. Perhaps going for three as opposed to four images of the falling king? |

NO MORE SUDOKU, EVER!!!! by CuttoothComment: I find this rather amusing, especially given the one star difficulty level in the paper (which I'm sure was deliberate). The depth of field could be ever so slightly wider on the puzzle, but that's really nitpicking. |
