Very bad haloing around subject which spoils the mood of this wonderful but oversharpened photo. Water shouldn't be bitty and coarse.

Centered composition seems unimaginative. Skin tones a little purple, the white balance needs to be on shade/cloudy to counteract this. Nothing seems sharp. Bad flare at top right. Not sure about square crop. Too much clutter in background, eye is not sure where to settle.
