I think this would have worked better if he was much tighter against the right edge of the frame. It just seems to centred here which comes across as unimaginative. A nice moment with an effective expression. Some good colours. A shame about the noise levels and lack of clarity, although you've certainly made a good effort at getting sharpness in PP!

Singer on the left looks a bit wooden... good gig photography is about capturing those special moments when the performers enter the zone and really emote and perform. This isn't one of those moments.

Overexposed. Although you've caught the bass player at a nice moment, the keyboard player looks anything but inspired. The composition is just too cluttered and there's no chemistry between the two performers.

OMG he's looking old. That chin is the stuff of nightmares. Although you've included the whole cane, as a result his face is on the right half of the frame looking to the right. That almost never works compositionally.

With a sax player, the hands are almost as important as the face... the OOF hand bothers me as does the fact that the other hand is missing altogether. Nice light though.
