Greased Lightnin'by johnmComment: Great motion blur... I'd have flipped the photo so he was running from left to right. Possibly a tighter crop on the left so he is about to run out of the frame would make this look a lot more dynamic. Perhaps a boost on green in shadows, and a decrease on cyan in highlights would help as well. |

Dont feel like doing the laundryby heidaComment: Wow, very creative and imaginative shot. Shame the skin tone seems a little off. I'd like to have seen the arms not cropped. Model has a great expression. |

In Flightby GolferDDSComment: Wow, great panning of a difficult to capture subject. However, a few things could improve your shot. If you have to centre any part of an animal, centre the eyes. This is the focus. With a shot like this though, have the bird at the edge of the frame flying into plenty of negative space. I would flip the picture horizontally so he is flying from left to right. And I would select the background, and adjust the colours/levels so that the subject is seperated from the background more. |

boxcarby leafComment: Unusual and interesting composition. Lack of stationary detail means there is no effective motion blur to contrast with the panned boxcar. You seem to have caught the side away from the sun, which has resulted in flat lighting and a distracting shadow. |

The Art of Blinkingby moviemanComment: Very freaky, makes me feel uncomfortable looking at it. Good lighting, well composed. Perhaps a run through NeatImage might have helped? |

Tiny Wild Blue Yonderby FSCNitroComment: Wow, what a great idea! Shame the foreground is so noisy, and I would have liked to see more dof on the wing. Perhaps stronger lighting could have helped you with this. |

Whisperby AleciaComment: Nice adaptation of Ursula's 'whispers and giggles' picture. Great exposure and lighting. Effective motion blur. Good range of tones captured. |

Ball on a stringby dsa157Comment: Nice shot, but seems a little overexposed... there are burnt out highlights on the boy's face. Too much NeatImage appears to have been used, as everything has a very plastic/ posterised texture. I would have liked a much tighter crop. Shame about the shadow which has been thrown across the boy's top. |
