I agree with the comment below. It looks like the vertical is off. If you look at the brick wall in the back, its off center.

I'd add more contrast. BW conversion seems flat to me and I'd see how a vignette looks as well.

I should have commented earlier, but this is definitely one of the best in this challenge. In any challenge, really. It has mood, mystery. It's well shot, composed well. Its urban, trendy and everyday all in one. In my opinion, its fine art. Could be hung in a gallery and arty types would stand around and sip wine over it..

In my opinion this could be an outstanding image. As is its over processed. Needs to be tack sharp. And I put a figure in the chair in austere clothing head in hands. And a stronger vignette around the perimeter to draw the eye to the light and the figure.
