Heading southby fpalumboComment: I love the balance of this shot - the V of birds meeting the V of the tree. Nice timing. |

Summer Eveningby Donna21Comment: Well exposed for the sky, underexposed for the fence. A difficult shot to call. It certainly looks like a very peaceful scene. I would probably have brought the foreground into focus more and perhaps gone for a POV which really made it the subject of the shot - perhaps ground up silhouetting the stile for impact? |

Under... Appreciated!by Be-realComment: Nice flower, but slightly over-exposed I would say - it would also benefit from a little more sharpness. |

Lurking in the shadowsby LutchenkoComment: Great concept - the lurking menace in the shadows - but the lighting doesn't work for me. Perhaps backlit would be more menacing? |

Skyby SphinxComment: It's an okay sky, but lacks impact. Why am I looking at it? What is happening here? The lit house is just a bit confusing. |

Windmill by HeidieComment: A classic concept, nicely done but the colours are a little dull - perhaps this would work better in BW? |

Aloneby Tommy_MacComment: Simple, beautiful and arty. Perhaps playing to the current arty trend? Any which way, I do like it. |

Standing Watchby zencowComment: I love the idea and the backlighting - if there was any way of separating the dog 'standing watch' from the girl he is protecting, it might have more impact. |

Shilsholeby franktheyankComment: Great concept and sky, but seems a little unbalanced - the fleet keeps dragging my eye down to the very bottom, where it is abruptly cut off. Perhaps more of the sea would make it more 'comfortable' to view? |

Through the Fogby nitsujwalkerComment: I really like the shot, but not sure it is actually underexposed. Maybe my fault for liking the darker shot! |
