I see the buildings, but its the the first thing that my catches. Perhaps a better alternative would have been a darker sky and a lighter foreground/buildings.

In this shot I would have cropped the bottom almost up to the reflection of the house because the reflection stands out more than the house and IMHO the house should be your subject.
