1) if spot editing were allowed, I'd have taken out that annoying orange flag. of course, you can do that later.

2) If I were allowed - or physically able to - I'd have removed the orange flag, taken the photo, and then put it back.

This is a lovely photograph. the reflections, the calm feeling, the setting, the angle of the water and homes leading the viewer's eye into the scene.

gah! if not for that little orange flag. ....... ;)

I'd love to know how you get these shots! love the framing, and the subject beyond. Do you use a fill flash because of the contrasts of dark inside and bright outside?

nice tones.. could use a bit sharper focus. I am not sure of what the diagonal blur is on the bottom left corner. it is distracting.

just as an observation..... "hot job" would may have been better expressed with this photo in color... The sepia tones everything down and makes a solemn feeling.
Excellent composition, and decent interest level.
