The Castleby ineedauniquenameComment: I don't feel the silhouette is working as well in this composition, as it's difficult for me to discern the structure without the title. Perhaps a simpler silhouette would have worked better... |

Home boundby vikasComment: I love the composition and toning that you used. The sailboat, lighting, and sky are the icing on the cake! |

Twilight in the Evergladesby fldaveComment: I love the ray of light hitting the main tree. I feel a crop from the right side, cutting out the small sliver of tree trunk and branch/weed, would make the composition stronger. Because there is so much detail in the background, an f-stop allowing for a a more shallow depth of field might have helped isolate the main tree as well. Good eye! |

City on the Lakeby Five_SeatComment: What a beautiful vantage point! I love the reflection and the darker foreground vs. the lighter city background. Nice work! |

Dusk on Glasgo Hillby wildirisComment: I love this minimalistic capture. I think this might have been a little stronger with the trees off center, but that is a matter of personal preference and certainly doesn't detract from this image. Beautiful, low key conversion! |

Rural Sceneby izadoodleComment: I love the light and shadows, but I feel the B&W conversion has detracted from the sky... |

Road to Nowhereby FourPointXComment: I love a good, country road... This is a nice scene, but a bit more contrast might have helped it to look a little less flat. |

Sandscape, Wellfleetby Bear_MusicComment: I'm sure some may not like the abstract nature of this sandscape (and that's too bad), but I LOVE it! The shadows, light, texture and tones are just wonderful. Sometimes, simple is better. This would look beautiful framed and hanging. A 10 from me...

Sydney by Night by GregoryBComment: I'm not normally a fan of city scenes rendered in B&W, but this is just gorgeous. Wonderful conversion! |
