as with HDR sometimes the halo's can be a real distraction as i see in the edging of the background hills
have you tried photomatix pro? i use it for my HDR and its so good and quite easy to learn
as you see there are a few Victorians here in PaW too
i too would like to know where you shot this
it speaks Murray River to me
