It's a close one to call between this and the ribbon winner, as here the tiger's looking straight at the camera which is frankly terrifying! But I think you made the right decision, in the other shot there's a greater sense of dimension, with the position of the tiger's body and its tail coming out behind it. Awesome shots and congratulations on the blue!

Great photo which meets the challenge perfectly. The only thing possible improvement for me would have been a shallower depth of field to blur the background a little.
