The overexposed sky takes away from the impact of this image. I realize this was done to bring out the detail in the bridge. Another perspective may have solved this issue - taking the picture from the other side.

I like your choice of perspective. To give this image even more impact you could include more of the grill or even the entire grill but keep the roof of the car in the picture. You might have to back off a little to keep all this in the frame.

Red is a very strong colour and distracts the viewer from the main subject. More impact would have been achieved if the odd one out was the red bike instead of the black one. Another thing to try would be to have the odd one out about 2/3 of the way back and use depth of field to blur the foreground and background.
