Amazing shot. Looks like a Clematis to me, though it's hard to say without seeing the plant itself; the little spiky fringe would be unusual.

Public Transportation

I love the colors that you get here - and how they match my idea of what colors in less developed countries often look like - ostensibly bright, but muted; the whites milky, the green mossy, the red slightly pinkish-orange.

The man has both the sad/detached public transportation look, and an intense connection with the viewer; like you caught him just as he noticed you.

My only issue is that he's dead center in the frame, but I don't know how much more picture you have to work with to change the crop; I certainly wouldn't cut anything from what you have here.

Really great picture. If I were voting in say a photojournalism challenge you'd get a 9 or 10 from me...

This is, I'm afraid, not terribly appealing to me - it's a bit bright, and the greens of the seaweed are a touch offputting.
