A girl's best friendby MaggyeComment: Ohh I really agree with you ... sometimes people don't know where to draw the line and the simplicity of the original photo is gone - in this case you improved on it by being so light handed with your treatment and used an overlay that added to the delicacy of such a beautiful photo - your daughter is just precious - I love her expression and how she is holding on to her dear cat. |

Vintage Rideby ScooterMcNuttyComment: Like the grainy sky - interesting choice of color too - I see a lot of vintage cars where I live but I never photograph them because I don't know what to do with the shots afterwards as I am not really a vintage car lover - I might give it a try now that I see what you are doing .. never thought of making the environment the car is in match the era of the car ... thanks for a great idea :) |

IMG_1122by ScooterMcNuttyComment: Headlights - I love shots of headlights from vintage cars .. you did a great job of making it look like an old photo without losing any of the sparkle of the chrome. Like the way you muted the red and how you kept it all crisp - would like to know what you did to this. |

Father and Son Seperatedby StagoleeComment: What a moving shot .. I really like the son's expression in the bottom - is that him as well on the cliff looking down? The face of the father wears an expression that could be interpreted in many ways - regret, remorse, reflective - very well done. |

Puddlesby odriewComment: I agree with all the comments made (love jutilda's) You have created a perfect photo to make up a story about .. the lighting, textures and colors are all wonderfully done. That one light on the fence adds such a layer of mystery to this shot - great composition. |

nascenceby nixterComment: What a great use of overlays/textures - whatever you used - I am here to learn because I really don't understand much about applying such to make such fantastic photos.
As jagar has commented, this was a great photo before you did anything but now, it is a fantastic one. The reflection the tonal range, the composition - so well done. |

Watching the stormby KatmystiryComment: Amazing to me what a quality ( coupled with your talent ) photo you took with an iPhone - but the crowning touch is the overlay of the window .. your use of it suits it so well - it really does look ( as jutilda commented ) as if you were taking the shot through your window or making the viewer feel as if they were looking through the window. 00060by pixelpigComment: In the thumb, my quick glance made me think it was a fairly normal shot of a daisy - and then- voila, you click on it and are amazed - almost looks like a painting by a frenzied artist working out her/his frustration .. then there is the number and the word off .. my mind tries to attach meaning to that .. love the deep sepia color peeking out at the bottom .. thank you for the story. |
