An Old Friendby error99Comment: This photo is beautifully rendered - the duotone choice excellent.. it evokes a photographic nostalgia - Oh the tales this camera could tell. |

The farm in the mistby alpharichComment: This is a lovely farmland being enveloped by the mist....(great title too) Your choice to use the branches of the trees in the foreground to suggest depth works very well on the left but not the right... the horizon gives the illusion of being tilted and by cropping out the branches on the right, this illusion would be lessened |

Wiredby PrismComment: I think your choice of using sepia was a good one..the extra wire suggests more work to be done - never ending on ranches - If you had taken this shot from a different angle with less grass/plants, I think it would have been more effective |

Blades of Grassby Prof_FateComment: Interesting lighting and the play of the shadows is very nice... overall this is a nice abstract solution to the challenge. |

The World Is B&Wby LongComment: I like the buildings and the smaller trees... I am not sure what the trellis structure is in the center but it is pleasing to this composition.... the large tree on the left is distracting and pulls my eye away from the rest of the shot.. |

Moving Rocksby gaurawaComment: I like how you emphasized the texture of the mud.. the sepia is a good choice - great crisp focus... I think the composition would have been stronger had you shown the rock in the foreground with it trailing off to the horizon. |

Final resting place.........by BillysSweetieComment: this is a real neat idea.. assuming that you wanted the contrast to be low, I think you made a good decision - it gives a feeling of being under water - cropping the sunken ship off center would make it more pleasing to my eye |

Stand Aloneby medoComment: You choose the right tones for this shot... the background appears to have texture/gradient that makes your focal point stand out - good job - ... if you had chosen a rose that was a bit more open, would it have made this shot better? The water droplets are well rendered but I think had you put some on the leaves too, it would have been more dramatic |

Fading Away !!by vikasComment: "Tell me more of your story dear woman" ... your photo makes me want to find out more about her life... a few things that you might want to look at are; the highlights in thie shot look a bit washed out for my tastes.. would love to have her face lit better - this was a very difficult shot to expose I am sure |

Mercurialby JonoComment: lovely model.. great expression - good job of catching the water so nicely...I wonder if this shot might have more pop if you used a tone that was a little warmer? On my screen there is a faint suggestion of green - not that might just be my monitor - all in all a very nice photo |
