Small Town; Big Skyby dsidwellComment: Very nice balance in a very low key shot! Gradiance on the horizon looks perfect, a truly optimal expose (lights not blown out, details showing). I bet there are a bunch of people willing to pay for this (would look great on your wall or could sell as an stock photo). Different from your typical DPC shot, I love it. |

Dry-docked WWII submarineby SharQComment: Very different, you must have used hue/saturation to make the sky so wonderfully orange? Good composition, dof and exp. Good job |

Stranger in the Darkby arnitComment: Cool shot. Figure in the tunnel gives it the extra it needs. The nice duotone and the slight tilting (wide angle look) makes it look like something from an Alfred Hitchcock film. Reminds me of my old neighborhood in downtown Reykjavik, is it? Great job! |

In the heat of the nightby geewhyComment: Great shot, looks like a nuclear plang (I haven't really seen one with my own two eyes) and the smoke coming from the chimneys give the shot a scary look. Looks like the whole plant is on fire. Foreground and sky is nicely darkened out. Looks like the end of some sci-fi movie. Great job. |

Can you hear me now? Good!by wlevyComment: This may be legal, but seems more of a digital art than a photograph. Composition is nice, but way overprocessed. |
