Backslideby zhgandynComment: I would have preferred not to have to twist my head around to see it right side up... |

yellowby boysetsfireComment: I'm sorry but I am not seeing how this is an interpretation on Double Take... The yellow is repeated more than twice in the image. And if you were going for the yellow line on the ground being \"reflected\" by the dotted line on the train, I think it would have worked better if the train had been moving. The blur would have emphasize the \"reflection\". But please, disregard my comment if the double take is obvious to everyone but me (it happens sometimes...).
PS: subject aside, I really like this image. It has a lot to tell. |

Face to Faceby electrolostComment: Clever use of light painting to fill up a negative space that would otherwise have been too distracting. It also helps to bring the two sides of the image together. |

Follow The Leaderby libertyComment: I think it would be more dynamic if the ducks were not right in the middle of the image. It would convey the sense of "chasing" you're implying with your title. |

Rhododendronby whiterookComment: IMO this image is visually too busy. It would have been more dynamic if you had shot up close. The colors are pretty washed out too, probably due to the flat lighting. There is no real contrast. A bit more saturation and contrast in PP might have helped make the best of what your shooting day has given you (nobody controls the weather, right?). |
