I understand the limitation you were working with for this shot so my comment might be irrelevant. The contrast in this picture bothers me. The whole background sort of blends together without anything distinctive (besidesthe reflection on the floor) to keep me interested. And the worker also blends into the background.

Did you try cropping out the shoulder? I thought the lips and chin were more than powerful enough by themselves. The flaring of the hair away from the neck and the bra-strap took away from the very vivid and simple curves from the head.
