Rusted Link 800.jpgby KronusComment: The textures of this are great. The shear size of the object in the frame feels very imposing upon me. I like that. |

bamboo partridgeby krnodilComment: For some reason, this looks spooky to me. The way the birds head is turned and the look on its face makes me think that danger is present and the bird is listening and watching. The faint image of the other bird in the background really completes the image nicely giving a great snece of depth. |

Another Rainy Dayby figaroComment: I like the lighting, how it seems to al becoming out of the man. It draws my attention to him nicely. As well, the expresion in this photo speaks volumes making me wonder what he is thinking. |

Michigan Sunriseby ssmith363Comment: You have captured an interesting sky here. However, I think you could have captured it in a more interesting way. A tree line has no subject and therefore makes the viewer lose interest quickly. If you could find an interesting subject and have this beautiful sky in it as well, you would have an amazing photo. A Summer Afternoonby escapetoozComment: Overall, I like this shot. The light is nice on both their faces. The 1st thing that jumped out at me was the purple light under his chin and then a bit later, I noticed the purple light on his shirt. I find it really distracting when I am trying to look at the rest of the photo and my eyes continue to jump back at to the purple. The compostion is nice and you did a good job posing the models together. As well, both of his hands are just cut off and it would have been nice if they were fully in the frame. Nice photo. |
