whitehorseby Bruce_the_RobertComment: Having just waded through the slough of clichés in the smooth results, this is such a refreshing change. Dynamic, intriguing; very well done. |

My profileby birkinComment: Has th weirdest feel of having been cut out and pasted in, this; I'm sure it's just processing, but i don't like the final effect much |

Depth of Colorby GryphxComment: Intriguing idea, not convinced about the execution - simply because it's simply a bar of colour across the image, rather than actually marrying up with the depth of field as your title suggests it should. |

Olde Fishingby wmprkgComment: Good fine detail. Slightly confused composition I think, and maybe there's just too much colour for impact's sake. |

Double Vanishing Pointby plimComment: One of the more interesting approaches I've seen - I really rather like the geometry of it. It begs a study of the shapes and textures within that grass, and the slight oddness of the drain cover and those building on the horizon. Printed really big, it might almost be a Gursky. |

Lonely Tunnelby misterxisgodComment: Some human interest at last. I find it hard to resolve the details that I want to see in this - size has some part to play in that, as you haven't used the full dimensions available. I also wonder if you'd balanced your vanishing point and your figure with more consideration for their place in the frame it might be a more fulfilling image to view. |

the way the trains goby pellemannenComment: You could usefully have brought the black point up in this - the lack of it gives it a washed-out feeling. Perhaps this is too obvious a subject, with little to bring it out from the mass of other similar images. |

Linesby BrinComment: After a moment or two, this develops a feeling of floating free in space. The only thing I might suggest is that the stuff visible through the fence image right might have been cropped out: in such a pure composition even the most minor distractions can be important. It has an almost unworldly feeling. |

It's Just Around The Cornerby BlackMamboComment: Despite the slightly small size, I suspect you'll do quite well. Simplicity of composition works very well here. For me, it's a bit too obvious an entry for this - the lamppost giving just enough to balance the receding arches; but I find nothing here more than the recession and that post - no intrigue of composition, no human interaction. |

Denver to a Pointby lil_moComment: It's almost as though this world is divided: a world of cars and a world of people. |
