Day 6by karmatComment: I see that today you drew the "Wow" sunset card from the deck! I love sunsets, as it means my fav time of day, the night, is about to begin. |

Day 6 - It Finally Snowedby meyersComment: These high views are just fine. I think there must be something in our human genes that makes us like the view from high places. |

Palm Lane Westby AliciaComment: Neat looking street. We have some similar near here, but not with the same kind of palms. I may try to get a shot of one of them later this month.
The sky is way cool in this image. Shooting from across the street would make the trees brighter as in the "east view." |

Yorktown Sunsetby EBJonesComment: What a blank sky. The single color in the sky fits well with the subject, and it is nice that you included the people on deck. Contrails are good. |

Day 06 - Simbaby JimyThingComment: That is a content looking cat.
When shooting, try to get at eye level with animals when you can. Something about shooting that way tends to draw attention to the animal in the image.
Good color combo in this one. |

night-chills.jpgby yetiComment: That orange glow means it's going to be a cold one.
Try trimming off some of the dark area in sunset/sunrise shots. I have learned that most people do not care for the large areas of blank space at the bottom. An even better fix is to shoot with less dark at the bottom, then you can keep more of the sky, or crop it off later if needed. |
