Fedora by mbrutus2009Comment: Good in B&W because the BG colors don't distract from the primary subject. |

ben-and-girlsby tangueraComment: I agree with the "great landscape" comments. The way the shoreline, the rock, the sky, the horizon, and the water all converge at different angles near the center of this one. |

BrianTammyby MelethiaComment: You did a great job of getting the "old film shot" look with this one. |

Benby MelethiaComment: Double dedication. This looks like a very good reason to use AF. It's definitely a "keeper" that will be enjoyed in years to come. |

Brian Benby MelethiaComment: I must be a gear head. I zoomed right in on Brian's gear. It looks like he was going for the long shots, maybe of birds or offshore rocks. Is that a film camera he's using with a 2X telextender? That's a cute outfit on the little one. |

Avatarby MelethiaComment: Wow, you have tough feet if you were walking barefoot there. It's a catchy photo though. |

Reflections in the back alley. by mbrutus2009Comment: Cool composition and angle in this one Marco. I like the way everyone is positioned in this, and the reflection kicks it up a notch too. I think you win the "alley shot of the day" with this one. |

Nit Pickingby KelliComment: So sweet! The whole composition of this shot and with the backlighting is just impressive. B&W fits it great. The limb that looks like an arm, and the other over the top frame them nicely, and the angles in the limbs work great with the rectangle of light in the BG. |
