Stanley toolsby SonifoComment: I like this photo, especially to see the yellow tape on the wood--right where it belongs. So it isn't just a shot of yellow or of tape measure, but a suggestion of task and practicality as well. Well composed: the angles work for me, especially the horizontal shadow behind the tape contrasting with the tape itself. |

Yellow on blackby GrenComment: Simple, direct. Putting the candle off center may increase the impact. |

Used To Beby goodtempoComment: A nice juxtaposition of school and merry-go-round. Try experimenting with the horizon line. It's almost in the middle now and perhaps could use to go up or down (probably up). |

Only Yellow Ones...?by briphotoComment: NIce focus and composition. There is surprising amount of dark here. Have you tried giving it even more dark? |

Feeling Helplessby mcraelComment: Great lighting and composition/cropping. The title might be heightened had you used less depth of field here and focused on the rope. The thumbnail and arm hairs are distracting me a tad. |

Decisions, Decisions !by BitzComment: Clever and well composed. I would like even more darks, however, to provide an even-toned photo. |

Twinsby KingLokComment: Good placement of the central figures for this twinning. Try experimenting with more light/dark contrasts. |

...most beautiful...by neoathematrixComment: You've created a mysterious photo here. I really want to see the figures on the beach, but am not allowed to. Was this your aim? I like the placement of the sun here, and the rays extending out lead the eye not only inward but outward. |

Wild yellowby lennierComment: Nice light and composition, and I enjoy the echo of the color behind. Try fiddling around with your contrasts to add vibrancy. |
