That beam of light works well for me, as does the lighting in general. I wish the chair, at least, were in focus.

Subject is off center, which is nice because as this swimmer moves, it gives him space to go in the frame, as it were. I love the color of the water, too, and the shadows made by the water. I wish the lighting were more interesting on the swimmer himself, though, and I also wish it were in focus.
