Tossing The Caberby dx_powerComment: This is cool. I like how you used the yellow to emphasize that the object has just left the person. I can see how everything would have been just blended together without that yellow. |

Narcissism. Self-centeredby eyeofmymindComment: I get where you are going with the self-centered thing, but isn't narcissism about self-love? It seems as if your subject is actually hiding instead of preening. |

Ye Ole Candle Lampby chickadeezlComment: To me this is centered, but it doesn't really grab my attention. It would have been cool to see some back lighting (highlight the lamp, darken the wall), and have the lamp lit so that you have more emphasis on just the lamp and not lamp AND wall. |

"Oh Sohhhla MeeeeeeeAhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!"by SACComment: LOL - good caption. I know you may not have been able to do much about it, but the green stuff is a distraction, mostly because it hangs to the left and below the back tail of the fish. |

Snowflake Ornamentby TlemetryComment: I personally love how the background compliments the color of the ornament - excellent color contrast. For my personal taste, I would like to have seen more sharper detail on the ornament (as far as voting in a challenge). And if you were wanting to put more emphasis on the ornament, I would have done some cropping on the left - the lighter background draws away from the ornament. I like it! |

Nude abstract art ... or Porn?!by tateComment: OMG how timely with all the recent discussions in the forums. I am laughing. How did you do that wavy photo? And just WHAT are those two batteries doing in that pic? lol Nice job - very entertaining! |

Energy Drinkby DustDevilComment: I like the title, I like the concept, but for something that is referring to energy, I would like to have seen more brightness from the picture. The cooler darker tone (greenish on my screen), does not convey energy. Maybe a lighter background to really help the splash (cool capture!) and the battery pop out more. |

Emptyby AliciaComment: I am purposefully seeking out the ones that are more than just a picture of a battery - but I don;t think I totally understand the meaning of this picture. It looks like you might have a good story here but the title is kind of throwing me. |

Battby sethparagComment: I usually root for the abstract but this has my a little puzzled. Is it like being at bat in a baseball game? That is what your title makes me think. Otherwise, I am not totally sure of what you are showing. |
