With a photo so blurry my eyes have nothing to focus on. You should have something in focus so that the viewers eye has a place to rest in the photo. I'm not opposed to intentional blur it doesn't seem to work for this photo imo nor for this challenge.

Wow. I couldn't tell at first if this was a real kid with some kind of dirt or something or a statue that was weathered.
