Arches and Columnsby KevinRiggsComment: good meeting of the challenge, draws you in. I wish there was some 'reward' or interesting focal point though - someone wearing a bright coloured jacket, some unusual element to reward the viewer for following the pattern in ? |

Repetitious Asphalt Shinglesby ChrisW123Comment: good, close wide angle shot - great how it fillls the whole frame without any breaks. Would probably really suit something to break up the pattern though, a bright red leaf or something else to give a focal point and some interest ? |

From Here to Eternityby wdebeau1Comment: obviously lots of repeating elements, so really meets the challenge - but half the picture seems wasted - maybe you could have framed the grave stones higher to remove the trees/ focus on the pattern more ? |

Come into the Real World...by nathaliedooComment: very dramatic and powerful image, with the threatening clouds. Maybe entering into the 'fantastic' (vs realistic) end of the scale due to the heavy manipulation. I wonder if a more subtler approach would be as effective or have a different impact ? |

uncubed...by timmiComment: good colour choices, working well together. I'm really pleased that there isn't anytihng breaking up the pattern at the edges, but I can't help feeling that a red piece in say the upper left blue row would make it more dramatic |

Fugatoby zeuszenComment: the grey and gold work well together. The shifting light through the water also works. The couple of highlights and bubbles spoil it a bit for me in bringing it back to more concrete reality than the rest of the abstract showed. I like it, but seem dissatisfied for some reason I can't quite articulate. |

Out in the Fieldby RefractedComment: I feel it would be better a few yards closer to the first hay bale,so that it was a stronger foreground element ? |

Infinityby jgal76Comment: nice idea. For 'white' paper this seems a bit underexposed though - if your camera allows it I'd increase the exposure either manually or using exposure compensation to get whiter whites (I feel like a soap powder advertisement now)
Great depth in the shot. |
