One night of rainfallby KroburgComment: Yes, I see "liquid in motion", but I find the processing on this very busy scene a bit harsh and difficult to look at. |

Wavesby NeatComment: Very "impressionist" in style, and it works for me in this case. You have a near diagonal which is way better than just a straight line, I like the colours and I most certainly get a sense of "liquid in motion". |

Whirlpoolby MargaretNetComment: I'm not a really big fan of HDR, but you did ok with it.
However, I'm not too crazy about the composition. It is neither dead centre, nor is it at an angle that might create visual interest, leading lines, or adhere to the rule of thirds or other compositional rules.
I certainly DO get the feeling of "liquid in motion", though. |

Waterby MonaComment: Yes, I can see "liquid in motion", but this scene is not very exciting. It doesn't help that the waterfall leans down on the right.
If you can, you might like to go back and experiment with different angles.... creating diagonals, leading lines, etc might make for a more interesting composition. |

keeping it coolby kiwinickComment: In principle, this is a good idea for a subject.
However, I don't like the boring centered and straight composition, and the way you used your body to create partial shade. |

Celebrating the 4th in style!by wdammanComment: Your very central composition works due to the very symmetrical scene.
Sorry, but I find the colours/contrast/processing very harsh and hard to look at. |

wateringby tvsometimeComment: Yes, I can see "liquid in motion", but I see a VERY busy shot in B&W, and I really don't know what the subject is.
My eyes keep trying to settle on a leaf near the top, only to be distracted by bright circles elsewhere. |

Incoming Tideby KelliComment: Yes, I can see the "liquid in motion", but I can't figure out what I'm supposed to be looking at - the foreground, the sticks/masts, clouds, droplets, sky/clouds? |

Healey Stoneby hesitantComment: Not the most exciting scene this spoiled brat might hope for, but I do appreciate your efforts. The low POV combined with the lovely rock/moss/leaf in the foreground keep me happy enough looking at it. 7 |
