The shapes are strong and simple, but I find there's a lot of detail to look for beyond that. My eye is drawn to the mysterious deep black in the upper right and the out to the edge and back down. The tree is wonderful and the photo is very emotional and interesting.

Very cool! Love the angle. The color version gives me a feeling of the hustle of the city. When I look at the B&W one, it's more abstract. I hone in on the "The power of the right advisor" sign and it feels Orwellian.

I know many people will see this as a snapshot in a kitchen. I see it as a beautiful and dynamic composition. I'm sure it wasn't pre planned, but it's perfectly seen and executed nonetheless. The hand flows towards Louie with his back paw on the edge of the carpet and his shadow leading out of the frame. The wonderful shoes look on from the edge cramped in the frame creating another part in the triangle and pointing towards the little reindeer.

Stunnning photo, beautifully divided. I like how the deep black disconnects the hand. The grain adds nicely to the sadness/loneliness and gives it a painterly feel. The only minor edit I would make, is to clone out a few of the white specs.
