This wins the award for the cutest thing I think I've ever seen on DPC. If this doesn't win a ribbon, I'm a complete fool!

This wins for the most creative interpretation of the challenge. The image itself is very good too, but I find the color you chose for the duotone rather unappealing. The framing with the zipper is perfect. 9

great image. One of my favorites. This is really well lit and exposed. I'm impressed with how clearly you managed to show the spiderweb. The sepia is a nice choice as well.

I find this photo mysterious and appealing. I keep coming back to it and raising the score. Great work. I like the lines, contrasts, lighting, and perfect imperfections of the whole thing.

Awesome shot! Awesome for the challenge too. Hope this gets a ribbon. This would look really great in color (or colored in PS if it was washed out to begin with). I can imagine it very vibrant with a perfectly blue sky and red and yellow bars and stuff. This rocks.

This is a truly lovely shot and I am sure the models will love it (I assume they are really mother and son and I want to assume that they are your wife and son, but i don't want to be assuming too much ). It's wonderfully beautiful and the soft focus fits prefectly. It is also a unique take on the challenge. I can see the inner emotion of love really coming out in the scene. Great job.

This is just so nice, so very nice. Such a puppy face! He wants to come outside and play. This could benefit from a slightly different composition. I know that's asking a lot for a shot like this because it's the dog face that makes it. It's just that the window panes seem a bit unbalanced compositionally. Maybe even just cropping it all down to the one window pane would help. 8

M, this is a good one. I like the idea a lot. I actually had an idea to do this back in highschool for a series. I was actually going to bring my mailbox all over with me and take a bunch of shots out of it. Later, of course, I realized that it would be better to take a shot of the inside of the mailbox and then photoshop them all together. You can't do that for the challenge, so this is just about the best you could do. The composition is great (I assume you did actually move the mailbox....?) Would be great if everything was in focus, I think, although this effect works too. That would be imposible to achieve.

This is one of my favorite cat shots so far. Maybe it's cause I like the breed, looks like Tonkinese to me perhaps, but I think it's because of the excellent composition, lighitng, and focus. Great job. I'd crop a little more off the left, but who knows, people always tell me to crop differently and I think they're crazy too!
