Sibling Rivalriesby MJENNIComment: This photo would be more interesting to me if it didn't look like they were fighting over a rotten banana. The emotion and the capture of the scene is very good. It is well exposed, sharp, and a good choice for black and white. 7 |

Leggo My Eggo!by dsa157Comment: haha. that's funny. This was a good idea that could benefit from a better lighting set up. I would try for a shot without the hair in the top and the ear as well. At least if you're going to keep the one ear, keep the whole ear, and let the other person have at least one ear too so they can have two ears between them. :) 5 |

Stay or Leave? Where is my Mate?by scrum8Comment: The blood in the water is creepy. This is a good shot, but I don't really see any conflict in it without the title. It just a canadian goose, some icey water, rocks, and what appears to be blood. With your title added I think maybe the other goose has been shot and killed, which just makes this rather, well, creepy. Luckily, I like creepy...7 |

Fire And Iceby Andyz1Comment: Nice capture. Unattractive photo though. The composition is unbalanced and just rather boring. 4 |

Single Malt Religionby marshalfComment: Good idea. Perhaps this could use a slightly better composition as the eye is not drawn to any specific area. It is lead off the page by the bottle. I think you wanted the eye to find the word drunkeness, but I'm sure most people won't look at it long enough to find it. I think it's funny that it comes right after orgies... 5 |

Desperate measuresby Polar7Comment: Very nice! Finally someone with a good idea for the challenge and good execution! The DOF is perfect. Having the bills in the background pull the "conflict" theme more into the photo where it might have been lacking with the cutting of the card alone, but having them out of focus prevents them from distracting with the actual physical conflict and focal point of the image. My favorite so far. 10 |

old ways, highwaysby ursulaComment: Georgeous shot (is that how you spell georgeous?)
Anyway, this is wonderfully well composed and exposed. The leading lines of the road and fence and layers of background mountains make this a top shot. This probably won't get the score it deserves because people are looking for more obvious physical or even emotional conflict, rather than conflict between elements of the photo. That's just my guess though and I hope I'm wrong. 9 |

Indiana Jones and the Conflict of Doomby nrootComment: To open it or not to open it, huh. Taking photos of your tv is not allowed! Just kidding, I'll assume you didn't. I really the idea, pose, and lighitng, but it suffers from being too out of focus and a bit too small. Effective nonetheless. 6 |
