The colors, texture, and mood created here work well together. The image gives me a disturbing feeling of uncleanliness. I'd try to get rid of the bluish? tint on parts of the hand and I might even crop off a bit of the top. and focus more on the hand itself. Still a 10

I read the book on the mandelbrot fractals back in highschool and I admit that it is the first thing that came to my mind when I read the challenge topic too. I figured not a lot of people would be familiar with it though, which was obviously the case. I gave this an 8 and think it should have scored much higher.

LOL. Now I see why I got a stray comment from you on my old ribbon winning pool photo. People seem to really like pool on this site! Anyway, just so you know, playing pool with eggs is a violation of the rules too. :) Congrats on the ribbon and a great photo. I really like your "The Jump Shot" photo too by the way. I suppose that's the legal way of doing it huh?

Congrats on the well deserved ribbon. The only thing I didn't like about this was that the eyes appear to have lost focus when you ran it through neat image. I could be wrong of course. Basically, I would have liked to see more detail in the eyes.
