I've seen a lot of shots of Niagra that weren't that great, and they kind of all looked the same, but this one is great. I love the partially obscure background as well as the motion blur in the water.

In my opinion, this would have done better if the lighting wasn't quite as harsh and direct. If you can, try taking the photos in a well lit area without using the on-camera flash. This can really improve the quality of the light.

Wow, that's a little scary. At first I wasn't sure if I liked it, but now that I look at it, I think this is more interesting than if you had exposed it so that all the details were shown. I like the stoplight and the silhouette of the man.
