"a light, pale tint of color".by LokiComment: The green brick just feels a little odd. Im not favoring the beads. I like the pose and the angle. Tan doesn't look great on blonds as it washes out their color tones. She would look fab in a pink top with no jewelry. Cute face! |

The Violinistby xXxscarletxXxComment: I can see this one as a cover to a cd. The pinks REALLY jump out at you. I like the color cast on the violin and the fact it follows the line of the skirt. Having her shoulders square to the camera is unusual but it works here. |

Decorative Masonryby GeneralEComment: The sky is uneventful for having so much of it. The building is very decorative. I would like to see the design but I don't think it fits this challenge. |

It's Pastel Manby stare_at_the_sunComment: Very interesting concept. I might have changed one eye blue and other eye green for the fun of it. I like how you brought the background color onto the face. |

Threeby hjaltiComment: There is a lot to look at in this image. I love the old building and the mood of this image. I would not call this pastel though. |

Sketching Practiceby edmengComment: This took me a bit to see the sketch in the background. This is similar to what I wanted to do for my shot but changed it because I ran out of time. This is lovely. I would love to see more of the sketch. The flowers blend into the background surface. I would like to see more definition of its shape by possibly changing the direction of the source of light. |

Curiosityby amsmythComment: Great use of the rule of 3rds. I had a recent picture request for an image just like this. This is a very useable shot. The fawns eyes are looking right at you and ears perked up and at alert. The black eyes and nose pop right out of this image. I think it needs a little more color. I wonder where mom is. I have been 'hunting' for a buck in this similar pose. |
