I am really torn about this photo. A part of me feels like the processing gives it a cool old style feel. The other part of me doesn't like the grain/out of focus part, like an old advertisement where the color dots don't quite connect.

Great even lighting, I feel like it could be a tad brighter though (course that could just be my monitor) I wish the egg wasn't in her mouth, but since I have twin babies myself I know how hard that can be. :)

This is really cool. Love the leading line through the photo. I would have waited until the sun went down though the orange in the skyline really drags my eye away from the subject.

I think the color and lighting in this photo is good. However with the background I feel like you are trying to showcase something and I can not figure out which it is. Logically I am thinking the award on the bottom left, but it is cut off. My eye is drawn first to the office supplies and then to the certificates on the wall.
