Although the face does communicate somewhat the frustration that could be felt because the stroller isn't moving, is also could also be saying tired, hungry, or what's this stranger doing with that camera. A sleeping toddler would have been a stronger stationary challenge subject. On the technical side, the eyes should be the sharpest area in the photo instead of the back edge of the stroller.

Although the rock is very prominate in this image, it is hard to figure out what is the main subject of the photo. My eye constantly goes to the background looking for a main subject because there is more contrast there.
