101 Years of Progressby Jason_CrossComment: What a contrast in building styles well representing the age difference. Some many things to look at that are interesting in this image and the lighting is very dramatic. 7 |

Seeds of Progressby theyetifanclubComment: Without the title, the connection to progress would be weak at best. However, this image is exceptional and I've given you an 8. |

Quiet Progressionby MelethiaComment: This image is very well done and worthy of being on the front page. After the challenge you may want to clone out the green stem on the far right hand side of the image, as having the plant growth end in the middle of the wire will project the feeling that the progression of growth is continuing. 8 |

The Difference One Day Makesby rebs138Comment: The alinement of the bird and the egg really makes this image. You might want to consider a square crop that includes just the in focus portion of the nest. The out of focus portion and the greenery are non-benefical negative space imho. 8 |

Milk For Me!by bnileshComment: The focus on the eyes is tack sharp like it is supposed to be. The lighting is a bit harsh and the background has several distractions. |

Another Parking Lot Coming Soon!by haircutComment: This image conveys progress very well but the focal point is on the curb instead of the de-construction in the background. If the heavy machinery was in focus, you could crop off the bottom half of this image and have a much stronger entry. |

Practice, Practice, Practiceby judojoeComment: The photo says Pose, Pose, Pose not Practice, Practice, Practice, as the subjects are looking directly at the camera. I like the sepia tone and the film grain feel to this image but if the image had a bit of motion blur it would have conveyed practice a bit more strongly. |

Centuries Apartby FirstyComment: The color tone of this image are very interesting and work very nicely imho. The costume looks a bit fake and cropping at the ankles hurts the composition of the photo. |

Solitary Stillnessby ShutterPugComment: I have only one comment to make regarding this image, superb photography. I gave this an 8 and I didn't even know it was a UP frog (MTU alumni). |
