I think this is a fine shot - the reflections and fog emphasize the stillness. The one detraction for me, and it is a minor one, is the flag pole that juts out in the background. Would be better to have kept the background just all trees and fog, but it is hard to see how you could have recomposed the shot to leave out the flag pole, and I think removing it later in Photoshop probably violates the basic editing rules - I did not discount your score for it.

I won't penalize you for the fact that the moment I saw your image, I got a "greatest 70's hits" track on loop running through my head. :) Nice lighting brings out the sheen of the shoe fabric, would have liked to see less shadow in the top of the image.

Wow, those pants are tight! Like the way the torso disappears because the black tank blends in with the backdrop - it seems to emphasize the subject all the more.
