It's an interesting shot. I'm not sure exactly what I'm looking at, to be honest, particularly what that line is that bisects the image. I think it's an unusual composition, but isn't completely effective for me because I find the diagonal line distracting, and would have preferred to see the whole reflection in the bottom right corner, instead of two of the leaves being cut off at the tips.

I really like the idea of this composition, but think that the point of focus fell a little too far back to make this an effective shot. The blurred flowers in the forefront distract the eye a bit.

This has a very moody and desolate feel to it, a good choice for the challenge, I think. The image could be improved by bringing more detail out of the shadows - some of the dark parts are just too dark.

The overall mood of stillness is captured well here, but there are some elements that for me make the image less effective. The sky seems to be very noisy (an unavoidable side-effect of the fog?) and in the top part of the sky the highlights are blown. Would also have liked to have a clear view of the barn, without that one shrub blocking it.

I like this composition, but the boats seem slightly underexposed. It would be good if the shadows had a bit more detail. I nice, still shot, though.
