Love it! You've done a marvelous job in capturing the sense of apprehension and eagerness that most dogs endure when their owners are away. The black and white works really well and adds a deserted and companionless mood. There seems to be talk on the boards during this challenge about most images for this challenge being nothing more than emotionless snap-shots. Yet I really do feel this image has proved them all wrong. You've done an excellent job, Good luck with the challenge.

A perfect capture for the challenge. Good composition, love the tones. It's a shame about the buildings in the background but something that obviously can't be helped too much. My fave for this challenge.

One of my very favourites for this challenge. The image has a very child like feel to it yet at the same time expresses somberness and abandonment. Composition and lighting seem spot on. Good luck!

My favourite from the card entries in this challenge. Well composed, love the tone and mood of the image. There are plenty of things to keep the eye wandering in this image which is a good thing. Would perhaps liked to have seen more of the ashtray. Overall a good image.

Photoshoot, Not Breakfast

I love the inscrutableness about this image. I can make out the eggs but still am having trouble in trying to figure out the rest of the image. A very original inventive idea that for some reason keeps making me come back to look at it. One of a handful that I ranked highly in this challenge.

whoever pulled that pint needs shooting :) I like the idea, the composition is ok, as are the colurs, lighting and focus. I feel this image and title would have also worked well in the humour II challenge.
