Water Pipe Mandibles (DOF intended)by KemptonreporterComment: From your title, you meant the DOF. Fine. But the extremely shallow DOF destroys some of the perspective. The pipes then become part of a flat background instead of drawing the eye deeper into the distance. |

rhythmby leafComment: Because of the crop, I don't get the feeling of the keyboard receding from the camera. It would've worked better to include the full length, with the hands at the far end.
It's a nice photo, but doesn't convey "perspective" especially strongly. |

I think you wanted to show the clothesline receding from the camera, but this doesn't convey that to me. |
