Violetsby hajekaComment: Good exposure, way to resist over-saturation. Maybe my old laptop screen, but looks a little noisy and lacking sharpness in the foreground to contrast the nice bokeh in the background. Overall good effort. |

Roll Tideby klkitchensComment: Winner 7! Always personally enjoy viewing this water & displacement type image. Set up is great with the two different size "trails" for lack of a better word. A colored backdrop - craps table green perhaps - would be cool and add some interest for ME! Keep up the good work. |

Twin Pelicansby CamComment: Lines of the bills are nice. I have seen some pelicans with very colorful blue around the eye, yellow/orange bill, if these were like that or saturation would increased it may draw the eye to them a little more. Nice capture! |

Past their primeby NobodyComment: Time to make some banana bread! Effect of black background is nice. Crop is cool how it looks as though they are leaning on the border. |

matesby libertyComment: Great capture. Cool little guy. Like the set-up, low key color, choice of DOF to have that eye come out sharp. |

I Took the One Less Traveled - Compassion.by BrianRComment: Was out of town and didn't get to finish commenting, but I want to commend you for stepping outside the box. My advice (having done a non-traditional entry for this challenge as well) is to make sure your image speaks to the theme of the challenge without having a title - don't make the literalites think. That being said - shoot for yourself! |

To the Skiesby PrismComment: Way to think outside the road! I would suggest waiting a few more seconds for the houses to be outside the frame. Subject seems to be a little soft, but the color on the chute is nice. |

Hardly usedby anferhComment: Low angle and road are interesting. Image may be better with the natural warmth of sunset or haze/dew/dreariness of a sunrise. |

Nature taking overby michelaudetteComment: Like what you are going for with the natural lighting and low angle. The front branch detracts from the light you waited so patiently for. As someone is learning too, experiment with various apertures to see how it would look (I am working on the same thing). Keep shooting! |

Lucy Comes Homeby cptpolandComment: Nice thought for the challenge. The left of the image is a little distracting, maybe a little earlier in the day to light up the barn/house so you could also see the color there. Saturation is a bit unatural as you can see around the roof of the barn. Keep shooting! |
