Everlasting Orbsby robinssongComment: This one caught my eye immediately. Seems like some cosmic universe. The colors, circles and brush like strokes gives you the feeling you are swooshing around in space. Great painting feel. |

Bugsyby robinssongComment: This awesome. Bugsy looks so cute. Just love the expression on the little one's face. The lopped over ear just makes the shot. Nice processing. I will have to look into it. |

Pillars of Light by CheerzComment: Congratulations. I was glad to see you on the front page. You were one of the very first people that welcomed me to DPC and gave me great constructive critique on my first challenge entry back in 2006. I never forgot it and appreciated very much. Again, congratulations. Awesome photo. |

Unwelcome by robinssongComment: Love the detail in the skull and how the clouds are dark and eerie. Nicely done with the composition. |

Lazy Susanby BeetleComment: Wow I didn't vote in this one but now wish I had. This would have received a 10 by me because it is very creative IMHO. I like busy because it adds interest and keeps me looking. Awesome job. |

String of beads - ACW (all comments welcome)by Yo_SpiffComment: I love the composition and the S curve of the pea vine. The blue of the pot and window draws your eys to the string of green peas. As for the pot, I like the shine to the pot. It adds more interest because of the reflections. I am sure a matte finish would have made the peas stand out more but I have always liked seeing more than one thing in a photo. Thank you for your encouragments. I will heed your advice. |
