Beer Goggles!by PixelstateComment: You look like a conehead in the reflection! Hrm, I realise the crop and position was done to get the best reflection in the bottle but the cropped background head just looks a little odd. It all seems so squashed and forced. The idea is great and I'm sure it was difficult to get what you achieved, but something seems to be missing. |

Girl on Beachby biggood53Comment: I like the diagonal lines created by the sand, the water line, and the foam. The light is a little even and flat, though, and the image could do with a little boost in saturation and contrast. Overall the image quality looks a little off as if digital zoom was used. |

Lazy Sunday Afternoon by cheekymunkyComment: The grad filter looks a little strong but it helps create the monochromatic feel to the image. I like the framing of the couple and the kiss of light on the side of their heads. |

194_9441a.jpgby MikeOComment: The eyes are a little dark but I really like the lighting, contrast, and sharpness. I really need to visit Monkey World next time I'm in the UK, although chimps arent monkies! Excellent image. |

Exploding Cattailby jemisonComment: I like the chaotic abstract of the shot and yet am still able to visualise the cattail blowing in the wind. You have a couple of blown highlights but they add to the abstractness of the image and add some light to a generally dark image. |

High Wind over the Rockiesby snackwellsComment: I like the perspective of the shot and the fact that it seems so vast. It has good color and sharpness. It's unusual enough to be interesting and hold attention. If I was going to nitpick anything it would be the slightly brown cloud on the left being a slight distraction, possibly because it stands out as different from the rest of the clouds. I'm also not sure I would instantly think wind just by looking at this image but I'm not saying that it doesnt represent it in some way. |

Westby ZoomdakComment: The lighting is wonderful - so soft and diffused. The colors of sand, grass, and sky are very appealing to the eye, as are the distinctive bands of layers containing them. The presence of the wind is almost subtle but yet has a wonderful impact on the image. It's simplistic and yet it is possible to look at it for a while. |

Draftby outlandComment: Hrm, as a candle shot I would say it was too soft and blown out, but I think as an abstract shot it works. The blur of the candle and the way the light hits it while surrounded by darkness is interesting, and the shape of the flame continues with the curve. |

Windsweptby Judith PolakoffComment: I love this shot! The muted colors and hues are just so appealing to me and they blend together well. It's both sharp and yet soft. The lighting is wonderful, the fog or smoke in the background adds mystery. I dont see any faults whatsoever. |

Cat Scan by BradComment: A funny take on the term. Lighting looks good and I like the slight green glow too, makes it look more realistic! Hopefully no cat was harmed in the production of the image. |
